Terms and Conditions for the Global Water Guardians Ambassadorship Program

By applying to and participating in the Global Water Guardians Ambassadorship Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your role as an ambassador and your relationship with [Organization Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the entity operating the Program.
1. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
  • The Program is open to individuals worldwide, subject to compliance with local laws.
  • No prior experience in water polo, water safety, or ocean preservation is required.
2. Application and Acceptance
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to select ambassadors at our sole discretion.
  • Accepted applicants will be notified via email or their preferred communication method within [e.g., 30 days] of the application deadline.
  • By accepting your role, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines provided.
3. Ambassador Responsibilities
  • Promote the Program’s goals: advancing water polo, teaching water safety, and supporting ocean preservation.

  • Represent the Program positively and professionally in all actions and communications.

4. Program Support and Benefits

5. Intellectual Property

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Program.
  • Our logos, branding, and materials remain our property and may only be used with permission.
6. Conduct and Termination
  • You agree to act ethically, respectfully, and in alignment with the Program’s mission.
  • We may terminate your ambassadorship at any time, with or without cause, including for behavior that harms the Program’s reputation or violates these Terms.
  • You may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying us in writing.
7. Liability and Safety
  • You participate at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during Program activities (e.g., cleanups, swim events).
  • You are responsible for ensuring your activities comply with local laws and safety regulations.
  • We recommend consulting a professional before engaging in physical activities like swimming or water polo instruction.
8. Privacy
  • Personal information provided (e.g., name, email) will be used solely for Program purposes, such as communication and coordination.
  • We will not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  • You may request deletion of your data after leaving the Program, subject to legal retention obligations.
9. Modifications
  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to ambassadors via email or Program channels.
  • Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
